Your first agent
This assumes a daemon is installed and at least one provider shows available in
frogg status.
-
Add a project. On the home screen choose Add a project and pick a folder on the daemon host. A git repository gets branch, diff and worktree features.
-
Open its workspace. The project appears in the sidebar with a workspace for the current checkout (here
main). -
Write a prompt in the composer. Pick the model and the permission mode below it. Always ask prompts before edits and commands.
-
Approve or deny. The agent pauses on actions its mode does not allow and shows the exact change.
-
Review. The timeline shows every tool call and message. Use the diff panel and the Commit action in the header when you are happy.

Section titled “What just happened”- The agent runs on the daemon, using the provider CLI installed there, in the project directory. Closing the app does not stop it.
- Every client connected to that daemon sees the same agent, timeline and pending permissions, live.
- Work in a separate branch without touching your checkout by creating a worktree workspace. See projects and workspaces.
